The Taco Depot started with a simple idea: tacos should taste like they do on a street corner in Mexico City — bold, fresh, and made with care. No shortcuts. No frozen fillings. Just good food, served with a smile.
We source locally whenever we can, grind our own masa daily, and make every salsa from scratch. Our recipes honor traditional techniques while keeping things approachable for Cedar Rapids taste buds.
